I've been coming to this EOS location since they opened and wow. I've been blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. Jade always has the warmest smile that greets you as you walk in. Laurie has been a lifesaver to me a couple of times! She showed me how to use a machine I wasn't familiar with and is always willing to help with a great attitude. I've been working with Chris Reyes as my personal trainer and our sessions are some thing that I look forward to every week! His knowledge is impressive and he's always teaching me something new. What blew my mind is that they took my suggestion to add clothing hooks to the women's rest room stalls seriously and made it happen! I'm excited to see this company grow and I'm so happy that this is my home gym! Keep up the great work!!

I recently went to EOS to check out the gym, and I met Lori, who is very compassionate. She is extremely knowledgeable on nutrition and the use of all the workout machines. She is very kind and patient when answering all of my questions. The gym is overall very beautiful and the cleanliness is spectacular. I would definitely join the club. Thank you very much Lori for your time and great service ❤️

Really enjoyed my visit to EoS Plano! Yhey really have everything there! Very clean, well lit and organized. The staff was wonderful. Great conversation with Lori. Very knowledgeable in the realm of fitness and training as well as the runnings of a gym. Gained alot of insight! Wish I was a few miles closer to this location! I look forward to returning soon.

Love this gym it’s not as packed which is great. Great staff and helpful. Aaron was super helpful to me with signing up and went over all the details of the gym! Can’t wait to come back.

Love this gym! So happy it opened up at this location, it’s so spacious, clean, has all the equipment I need, & has a wonderful environment to workout at! Tons of squat racks, benches, a sauna, massage chairs & more! The staff are also very helpful & kind (:

I absolutely love how welcoming and free-spirited everyone is, and the staff is incredibly joyful and supportive. I love coming to this gym and always being able to find exactly what I need for my next workout. As someone who’s very new, this place definitely beats Planet Fitness and Crunch Fitness in terms of both benefits and pricing. Highly recommend!

EōS Fitness has completely changed my routine for the better. The facility is always clean, the equipment is up to date, and there’s plenty of space to get a serious workout in without feeling crowded. Whether I’m lifting heavy, getting cardio in, or focusing on recovery, everything I need is right there. The staff is professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is motivating but not intimidating — just people coming in to work and get better. For the price, the value is unmatched. If you’re serious about your fitness and want a gym that supports that grind, EōS is the spot. Highly recommend. 💪

So far absolutely loving the new location! Alycea (Ah*lee*see*uh> hope I spelled it right) is also the GOAT! Y'all take care of her! Anywho, massive location with ALOT of room and ALOT of equipment. In love so far. Everything from the sauna, to the cinema, to the Rec room, to Alyceas awesome attitude. Keep this place clean and rocking and I'll be here daily. Much love Kaine 💪

This place is around the corner from me so it’s super convenient. Every employee is always nice and the gym is clean/well maintained. I love all the amenities with my gym membership. The massage chairs and sauna have been important for recovery while staying healthy.

Truly amazing facility. I’ve been going to a gym, almost daily, for over 30 years and I’ve never seen anything like Eos. They’ve thought of everything and then some. A friend told me they had some equipment he’d never seen before, it was an understatement. They have a lot of equipment I didn’t even know existed. Their is AI training equipment, in addition to personal training they have a professional stretching area called “The Tank”, a cinema, an dedicated area to set up tripods and exercise, probably 16 massage chairs, the list goes on. The staff is very helpful as I’ve had to ask how some of the equipment worked and if they didn’t know they found out. For those in need, there is a nursery. And Eos is competitively priced. If you’ve been working out at any of the gyms in the area you owe it to yourself to try Eos on a free 7 day pass, no credit card necessary. Just amazing place to exercise.
